How long does a Strategic AI Integration engagement take?
It depends on scope. The entry tier is around a week (discovery, build, deploy) for a focused stand-alone workflow. Larger engagements run anywhere from a couple of weeks for a small system integration, through to six months for full-scale rollouts across multiple platforms with change management. We scope to the outcome, not a fixed duration, and break the work into clear phases so you see value along the way.
Do you work with our IT team, or replace them?
We work with them. Your IT team knows your environment, your security posture, and your constraints, and that's gold. We bring the AI-specific expertise and do the heavy lifting on design and build.
How do you handle data security and compliance?
Seriously. We work to a security standard aligned with APRA CPS 234, ISO 27001, OWASP ASVS, and the Australian DSPANZ Small Supplier Assurance Module. SSAM (the Security Standard for Add-on Marketplaces) is the framework DSPANZ publishes for Australian software vendors integrating with platforms like Xero and MYOB. What if priorities change halfway through?
