Frequently asked questions
How long does a custom workflow build take?
Most workflows take two to six weeks end to end. Simpler pipelines (one system, clear rules) ship faster; anything touching multiple systems or requiring human-in-the-loop review sits at the longer end.
Will it integrate with our existing systems?
In almost every case, yes. We work with MYOB, Xero, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Notion, Airtable, and most tools with a modern API. If there's no API, we'll tell you before we scope.
Where does the workflow run?
Usually on our infrastructure in Australia, or on yours if you prefer. We're happy to deploy to your own cloud account or self-hosted environment, and the code and configuration are yours either way.
What happens if something breaks?
The first 30 days post-launch are included. After that, most clients move onto Your AI Director for ongoing support, but you can also call us ad-hoc if something needs a fix.
